Refund

Customer satisfaction is our priority at Diamond Modern Furniture. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require a return or exchange. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Eligibility: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 48 hours of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the original sales receipt.

• Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

• Manager’s Discretion: Refunds are provided solely at the manager’s discretion.

• Non-Returnable Items: Floor samples, discounted, and sale merchandise are sold “as is” and are not eligible for return or exchange.
